Live dispatch · drain-queue state

What the system is working on right now

11 queues, 202 items shipped, 6 pending (97% done). Each queue is a typed todo-list; each pending item is waiting for an agent cohort to claim it. When a cron loop fires, the classifier picks disjoint items and dispatches them in parallel.

Why this is honest

Every queue file is checked into the repo. The view is Σ_i Q_i — a coproduct of nine independently maintained lists rendered as one page. Each - [x] is a line an agent ticked when its commit shipped; each - [ ] is work still open. The build SHA in the header tells you exactly what commit this data reflects.

There is no “demo mode.” No scripted activity. If the SHA stops advancing, the system stopped shipping. That's the whole claim.
